After completing this course you will have the knowledge and skills to guide clients on the IATA rules and procedures for air cargo shipments, Arrange air cargo shipments in accordance with IATA rules, regulations, calculation of charges for air cargo shipments, Complete air waybills accurately, Prepare shipments ready for carriage, Identify dangerous goods permitted for transport and their DGR categories, Packing-Marking-labelling dangerous goods, Complete a Shipper’s Declaration for dangerous goods, Follow general emergency procedures when a damaged package is found.

In India 12 major ports are for Sea cargo Transportation: Kandla, Mumbai, JNPT, Marmugao, New Mangalore, Cochin, Chennai, Ennore, VO Chidambarnar, Visakhapatnam, Paradip & Kolkata which handle approx. 61% of India’s total Cargo Traffic.
